Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk organic
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder organic
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp honey organic

Instructions

  • Firstly, heat a saucepan on moderate flame and add milk
  • Bring the milk to boil for 2 to 3 mins
  • Meanwhile in a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of organic arrowroot powder & little water
  • Mix it well so that there should be no lumps & keep aside
  • Once the milk gets boiled, then add prepared arrowroot mixture and stir continuously until it thickens
  • Next turn off the flame and allow to cool completely
  • Once it is cooled down, then add cardamom powder & honey
  • Give a good mix
  • Now the instant remedy for stomach upset Arrowroot Milk is ready to serve!
