1. Firstly, wash nelanelli plant in clean water and slightly crush all parts of the plant
2. Next heat a saucepan on moderate flame and add water
3. When the water starts to boil, add crushed nelanelli plant
4. Bring this to a boil for 10 to 15 mins until it reduces to quarter cup
5. Then turn off heat and strain it
6. Now antiviral & liver cleansing Nelanelli Kashaya is ready to serve
7. If you wish you can add jaggery and consume it
8. Take 40ml to 50 ml of this kashaya or tea on an empty stomach regularly
