Take a blender jar and add coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds and black pepper
Further add long pepper, crushed mulethi and dry ginger
Also add carom seeds, caraway seeds, fenugreek seeds
Again add cinnamon, crushed nutmeg, japatre, and cloves
Additionally add cardamom, turmeric powder, ashwagandha powder and guduchi powder
Blend all the ingredients to a powder form
Now homemade kashaya powder is ready!
Store this in an airtight glass jar with lid and further use it!
