Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey organic

Instructions

  • Firstly, crush the lemongrass stalks using a pestle.
  • Meanwhile, heat a saucepan and add water.
  • Then add crushed lemongrass stalks & ginger.
  • Bring this to a boil for 5 to 8 mins and turn off the heat.
  • Strain this tea & allow to cool for 2 mins.
  • Further squeeze lemon juice and add honey for sweetness.
  • Give a good mix and transfer this to a serving jar.
  • Now the Anxiety reliever lemongrass tea is ready to enjoy!
