Firstly, crush the lemongrass stalks using a pestle.
Meanwhile, heat a saucepan and add water.
Then add crushed lemongrass stalks & ginger.
Bring this to a boil for 5 to 8 mins and turn off the heat.
Strain this tea & allow to cool for 2 mins.
Further squeeze lemon juice and add honey for sweetness.
Give a good mix and transfer this to a serving jar.
