Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana Riped & sliced
  • 10 to 15 cashews
  • 25 to 30 raisins
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder

Instructions

How To Make Oats Banana Bites:

  • Firstly, take a blender and add desiccated coconut, oats and riped banana, which is sliced.
  • Next add cashews and raisins.
  • Make a coarse paste of it and transfer this mixture to a bowl.
  • Then add nutmeg powder and give a quick mix.
  • Now take a small portion from this mixture and shape it into a circular balls.
  • Also roll this balls in desiccated coconut.
  • Place all the prepared energy bites on a plate and garnish with raisins.
  • Now the super delicious & healthy oats banana bites are ready to serve!
