Ingredients
- Coconut Oil - 1tbsp
- Mustard - 1tsp
- Cumin - 1tsp
- Urad Dal - 1tsp
- Chana Dal - 1tsp
- Peanuts - 1tbsp
- Curry Leaves - 8 to 10
- Green Chilli - 1
- Ginger - 1tsp
- Hing - 1tsp
- Cucumber (Finely Chopped) - 1 cup
- Poha (Washed) - 2 cup
- Salt - 1tbsp
- Jaggery - 0.5tsp
- Grated Coconut - 2tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Heat Coconut Oil in a pan
- Step 2 Add Mustard, Cumin, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Peanuts & saute until golden brown
- Step 3 Then add Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger & Hing & again saute for a min
- Step 4 Add finely chopped Cucumber & give it a good mix
- Step 5 After add Poha, Salt to taste & Jaggery and then saute well for 5 mins
- Step 6 Turn off heat & add grated Coconut, Coriander Leaves & Lemon Juice
- Step 7 Easy & healthy Cucumber Poha is ready & serve HOT!
