Also add your choice of milk. Either dietary milk or plant based milk like almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk etc. Finally add a dash of cinnamon powder for nice flavor. Moreover apple, oats, cinnamon, all these goes well for breakfast. This is a perfect smoothie which has less calories and also helps in weight loss.
