1. Firstly, take a wide bowl and add bajra flour
2. Then add salt and crumble the mixture
3. Further add hot water little at time and start to knead well
4. You should keep on kneading the mixture at least 10 to 15 mins, until you get a soft dough. As there is no gluten in bajra, kneading the dough is very important. otherwise might be chances of breaking while rolling rotis
5. After kneading the dough properly, pinch a lemon size ball from dough and place it on a roti maker
6. Dust with flour both sides and start pat the dough gently by dusting with flour. You can also use rolling pin to roll out into thin rotis.
7. Pat rotis by using both hands until roti will be thin as possible.
8. Dust off excess flour and place it on a hot tawa
9. Additionally, spread water over rotis to remove excess flour and flip over, cook well both sides
10. Now diabetic friendly Bajra roti is ready to serve
