Here is a recipe for breakfast smoothie, a nutritious Banana plum smoothie. It is  a colon cleansing smoothie, as banana and plum are loaded with fiber and helps to cleanse the colon.

A colon cleansing is nothing but an alternative way of removing toxin & waste from Colon. Plums and Banana are high in fiber and antioxidants, which helps to relieve constipation and indigestion. Sorbitol, a type of Sugar in Plums also acts as a natural laxative.

Smoothies are the best filling healthy beverage, ideal for breakfast, mid meal, pre / post workouts and as a healthy snack. Even smoothies are good option for kids. Because they refuse to eat fruits alone. But if you give in this way, definitely kids like it happily.

Banana smoothie with plum is healthy and energizing smoothie made from fiber rich banana and fresh plum fruit with a pinch of stevia and unsweetened yogurt(curd). Ingredients

  • 1 plum roughly chopped
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened curd
  • pinch stevia organic
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Firstly, roughly chop plum and put it in a blender jar
  • Then chop banana directly into a jar
  • further add unsweetened curd and a pinch of stevia
  • Add enough water and blend into fine texture
  • Next transfer this blended smoothie to a glass jar
  • Now the fiber rich, colon cleansing Banana Plum Smoothie is ready to serve!
  • Enjoy this healthy drink as a breakfast smoothie or at evening instead of coffee or tea
