  • ½ cup blueberries fresh, organic
  • ½ cup banana chopped, organic
  • ¼ cup spinach fresh, organic
  • 15 grams almonds
  • 20 grams coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey organic
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
