Homemade guacamole stays fresh for two to three days in the refrigerator when you place it in an air tight container with food grade plastic over the top, or you can freeze it for up to six months, well wrapped in freezer-grade plastic.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Avocado/Butter fruit
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Firstly, Add peeled avocado to a bowl
  • Mash it with a potato masher
  • Add onion & coriander leaves
  • Similarly Squeeze 2 tbsp of lemon juice on top of avocado mix
  • Finally mix well
  • Enjoy the guacamole or avocado dip with Tortilla/Corn Chips
