Hingvashtak Churna or Hingwashtak Churna is an age old ayurvedic remedy for all stomach issues. It is a best Ayurvedic medicine for indigestion and gas problem, bloating and abdominal pain.   • 1 tbsp hing or asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 4 to 6 long pepper or pippali

  • 1.5 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp carom seeds or Ajwain

Instructions

  • Firstly heat a small tempering pan on medium low heat and add ghee (clarified butter).
  • Once the ghee is melted up, add hing (asafoetida). 
  • Saute well for a minute and turn off the heat.
  • Now take a small blender and add the ingredients like black pepper, long pepper, dry ginger powder.
  • Next add cumin seeds, black cumin seeds and Ajwain.
  • Similarly add saindhava lavana and roasted hing-ghee mixture.
  • Blend this mixture to a powder form.
