- 1 tbsp butter organic
- 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
- green chilli slit, as per spicy level
- ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
- ¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped
- ½ tsp basil dried
- ½ tsp thyme dried
- ½ tsp dill weed dried
- ½ tsp parsley dried
- 75 grams paneer (low fatcut into ¼ inch cubes)
- ¼ tsp salt
First of all heat a pan on medium flame and add butter.
Once the butter gets melt, add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Saute well until ginger & garlic turns to golden brown.
Next add slit green chilli and stir well.
Similarly add finely chopped fresh green herbs like coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Saute well for a min or two and lower the heat.
Also add dried green herbs like basil, thyme, dill weed and parsley.
Give a good mix. Now it's the time to add chopped paneer cubes.
Mix everything well, so that the paneer cubes nicely coats with green herbs.
Then add salt and give a good toss.
Further higher the heat and roast the paneer both the sides, until both sides of paneer gets golden brown.
Turn off the heat and transfer the roasted paneer to a plate.
