Heat the dosa tawa on medium high flame. Take a bowl of Fermented Batter
Now pour a ladle full of fermented dosa batter at the center of the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular shape.
Drizzle oil and allow to cook for a minute.
Then spread the prepared avocado stuffings over the dosa evenly.
Again allow this to cook on medium heat until the bottom of the dosa turns to golden.
Next take out the dosa to a plate.
Now the nutritious avocado dosa is ready to serve!
Enjoy this avocado dosa as it is, or add little ghee for extra taste.
