Avocado Dosa or Stuffed Avocado Dosa is a Simple, healthy & nutritious breakfast recipe. This stuffed avocado dosa does not need any side dish like chutney. Easy to make and tastes delicious. Most importantly, avocado (butter fruit) is a super food with healthy nutrients. It contains healthy fats which helps to lower the bad cholesterol (LDL) and also good for glowing skin.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl fermented dosa batter
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oil for making dosa

Instructions

Making Of Avocado Stuffing For Dosa:

  • Firstly take a small bowl and add chopped avocado. using a masher, mash the avocados.
  • Now add chopped onions and coriander leaves.
  • Likewise add salt and red chilli powder. 
  • Finally squeeze a little lemon juice and mix everything well.
  • Now the avocado stuffing is ready. keep this aside.

How To Make Stuffed Avocado Dosa:

  • Heat the dosa tawa on medium high flame. Take a bowl of Fermented Batter
  • Now pour a ladle full of fermented dosa batter at the center of the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular shape.
  • Drizzle oil and allow to cook for a minute.
  • Then spread the prepared avocado stuffings over the dosa evenly. 
  • Again allow this to cook on medium heat until the bottom of the dosa turns to golden. 
  • Next take out the dosa to a plate.
  • Now the nutritious avocado dosa is ready to serve!
  • Enjoy this avocado dosa as it is, or add little ghee for extra taste.
