In a small bowl add 1 tbsp of basil seeds or sabja seeds and water. Soak this for 20 mins.
After 20 mins it will expands. That means double in its the quantity.
Now take a large bowl and add the soaked basil seeds.
Also add 1 cup of water. add water according to the drinkable consistency.
Similarly add apple cider vinegar and honey
Give it a good mix.
Pour this mixture to a glass jar.
Now the healthy, weight loss basil drink is ready to serve!!
If you want this drink to be more chill add ice cubes.
