Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Basil seeds/sabja seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add 1 tbsp of basil seeds or sabja seeds and water. Soak this for 20 mins. 
  • After 20 mins it will expands. That means double in its the quantity.
  • Now take a large bowl and add the soaked basil seeds.
  • Also add 1 cup of water. add water according to the drinkable consistency.
  • Similarly add apple cider vinegar and honey
  • Give it a good mix.
  • Pour this mixture to a glass jar.
  • Now the healthy, weight loss basil drink is ready to serve!!
  • If you want this drink to be more chill add ice cubes.
