Ingredients

  • 1 english cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado/butter fruit chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper crushed
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Firstly take a large mixing bowl and add the chopped ingredients like engish cucumber, avocado and tomatoes.
  • Then add thinly sliced red onions and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Next sprinkle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Also add garlic salt and crushed black pepper.
