- 1 english cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 avocado/butter fruit chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper crushed
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Firstly take a large mixing bowl and add the chopped ingredients like engish cucumber, avocado and tomatoes.
