1 english cucumber thinly sliced
1 avocado/butter fruit chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp black pepper crushed
¼ tsp lemon juice

Firstly take a large mixing bowl and add the chopped ingredients like engish cucumber, avocado and tomatoes.
Then add thinly sliced red onions and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Next sprinkle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
Also add garlic salt and crushed black pepper.
Finally squeeze a little lemon juice and give a good mix.
