Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 to 3 nelanelli plant including root, stem, leaves
Instructions
- Firstly, wash nelanelli plant in clean water and slightly crush all parts of the plant
- Next heat a sauce pan on moderate flame and add water
- When the water starts to boil, add crushed nelanelli plant
- Bring this to a boil for 10 to 15 mins until it reduces to quarter cup
- Then turn off heat and strain it
- Now antiviral & liver cleansing Nelanelli Kashaya is ready to serve
- If you wish you can add jaggery and consume it
- Take 40ml to 50 ml of this kashaya or tea on an empty stomach regularly
