Cabbage Salad | Weight Loss Salad Recipe | Easy Vegan Salad | Healthy Coleslaw With Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cabbage roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup red cabbage/ purple cabbage roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded
- 1/2 cup roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red radish thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet corn boiled
- 15 to 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Firstly, take a wide bowl and add chopped green & red cabbage
- Then add shredded carrot, along with chopped roma tomatoes
- Further add sliced red onion with spring onion, sliced red radish and finely chopped coriander leaves
- Similarly add boiled sweet corn and fresh mint leaves, followed by hemp seed & pumpkin seed respectively
- In addition to this, drizzle little olive oil
- Finally add Himalayan pink salt, crushed black pepper and squeeze lemon juice
- Give a good mix
